Peanut Butter Banana Protein Ice Cream
This is one of my favorite healthy treats from Body Beast. Always a great snack especially if you love peanut butter and bananas!!! Yum!

This high-protein ice “cream” makes a delicious snack or dessert. Use a very ripe banana for more flavor.
- 1 large ripe banana, chopped
- 1 tablespoon natural smooth peanut butter or almond butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Beachbody® Hardcore Base Shake Shakeology or Protein Powder of your choice
1. Place banana in plastic bag and freeze for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
2. Place banana, peanut butter, almond milk, and Hardcore Base Shake in food processor or blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
