BEAST HIGH-ENERGY TRAIL MIX
This is my favorite trail mix!!! Make up a big batch and you are good to go for a couple weeks with an easy healthy grab and go natural snack. Yum!!!

(Makes 12 servings, 1/2 cup each)

This is a simple, tasty trail mix. Pumpkin seeds are often sold as “pepitas” and are flat, green seeds.
2 cups pumpkin seeds, without shells
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup dried cranberries or other dried fruit.
3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, without shells
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Place 1/2 cup mixture in 12 small resealable plastic bags for snacking.
½ FRUIT 1 PROTEIN 6 FAT
