Kale Chips
“They(kale chips) taste better than Doritios!” – our 7 year old
If that isn’t a ringing endorsement – I don’t know what is.
These chips are so delicious and so easy to make.
Recipe: rip (washed) kale into bite sized pieces (no big stems) Dry thouroughly, coat with olive oil (about 2 tbsp) and salt to taste bake at 350 for 8-10 min. or until CRISPY but not brown.
