Veggetti and Meat Sauce
Made some amazing lunch today with my Veggetti vegetable spaghetti maker. Soooooo good and took away my high carb pasta cravings. Super healthy! Here is what I made…
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 zucchini squash
- some white onion
- 1 cup of ground Turkey
- some crushed Red Pepper
- Organic Marinara to your liking
- 21 Day Fix-(3 Green, 1 Red, 1 Purple)
This is how I made it. Spiralize your veggies throw in wok with a little coconut oil and saute in marinara for 8-10 minutes toss in cooked ground turkey for last 3 minutes. Simple and delicious!
